We operate as a private‑pay practice. Individual therapy sessions are $150 for a 50‑minute session. Payment is collected at the time of service, and we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) if you choose to pursue out‑of‑network reimbursement through your insurance provider.

We do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients use their out‑of‑network mental health benefits and submit superbills to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier regarding coverage, deductibles, and reimbursement rates before beginning services.

We accept major credit/debit cards, and secure online payment through our practice system. If you’d like to use an HSA/FSA card, you may also do so. We will provide receipts for any payments made.

Your first session is an opportunity to share what brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin building a treatment plan. You and your clinician will talk about what to expect moving forward and how frequently therapy sessions are recommended.

Most clients choose to begin weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum in their therapeutic work. Depending on your goals and progress, your therapist may recommend a different frequency that feels right for you.

We typically ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late‑cancellation fee equal to the session rate.

Yes — confidentiality is a core component of therapy. Your personal information and what you talk about in sessions is protected by law and ethical standards, with a few rare exceptions required for your safety and the safety of others.

Our practice focuses on individual therapy for adults, though we may work with some teens and/or children on a case by case basis. If you’re interested in services not currently offered, we can provide referrals to trusted clinicians who specialize in that work.
