I'm passionate about supporting individuals and couples through meaningful change and deeper connection. I've been in clinical practice for over two decades, and during that time I've come to deeply value the relational nature of therapy.

My approach is trauma-informed and relational, drawing on evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), and other integrative strategies to help clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and live in greater alignment with their values.
