Meet Sarah

Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, (APCC #17719), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (#655959)

In therapy, we chart a path together through life’s complexities. I am honored to provide compassionate, insightful support for adults seeking meaningful change and a deeper connection to themselves. My work centers on inner exploration—gently uncovering patterns that once helped you survive but may now feel limiting or misaligned. Together, we face life honestly, explore choice and freedom, and work toward lives that feel authentic and purposeful, even amid the uncertainty and loss that earth school brings. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a genuine sense of humor to our work—because shared humanity can be just as healing as insight. This authenticity creates the safety needed for deeper growth to unfold. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered, honoring the whole person while supporting growth through understanding, resilience, and meaningful connection. I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #17719, supervised by Dr. Jenny Palmiotto), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and proud mental health advocate.

Meet Jenny

Psy D, LMFT (#47573)

I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples through meaningful change and deeper connection. I’ve been in clinical practice for over two decades, and during that time I’ve come to deeply value the relational nature of therapy. My approach is trauma‑informed and relational, drawing on evidence‑based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), and other integrative strategies to help clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and live in greater alignment with their values. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a broad range of clients — from individuals navigating identity and life transitions to couples seeking deeper emotional connection. What I most enjoy about this work is witnessing people discover new insights, strengthen their relationships, and step into a more connected and wholehearted way of living.

I help clients strengthen relationships, process trauma, and navigate life transitions through integrative, relational therapy using evidence-based approaches like EFT and RDI.
